Your data stays under your control
Many sjhdevelopment apps, including ClearWeek, are designed to work without an online account.
How to remove your data
- Open ClearWeek and go to Settings.
- Use the reset or clear option to remove budget data from this device.
- If you no longer want the app, uninstall it from your device.
Exported files and backups
If you saved or shared an exported file, you need to delete that file manually from the location where you stored or shared it. If your device backup service stores app data or exported files, you may also need to remove those backup copies separately.
Premium subscriptions
Premium purchases and subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your local budget data, and deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.
What we can and cannot delete
We can help with deleting support communications where legally permitted. We cannot remotely delete files stored only on your device or in third-party services you chose when exporting or sharing.
